SPREAD OF ISLAM

It is usually a misconception among non muslims that islam was founded by muhammad(saw) but the fact is that islam was there even before adam (pbuh)set foot on earth.
islam means submitting ones will to allah (swt) n all the prophets ve brought the same message.
bbut it is a fact that the din was brought to completion on prophet muhammad(SAW)


Apart from that another misconception of theirs is that islam was spread by the use of sword

The famous historian, Thomas Carlyle, in his book ’Heroes and Hero worship’, refers to this misconception about the spread of Islam: ’The sword indeed, but where will you get your sword? Every new opinion, at its starting is precisely in a minority of one. In one man’s head alone. There it dwells as yet. One man alone of the whole world believes it, there is one man against all men. That he takes a sword and try to propagate with that, will do little for him. You must get your sword! On the whole, a thing will propagate itself as it can.’

Spread of islam is an inevitable truth for the westeneers who dont seem to ve any escaping route to it. 

Dr. Joseph Adam Pearson rightly says, ’People who worry that nuclear weaponry will one day fall in the hands of the Arabs, fail to realize that the Islamic bomb has been dropped already, it fell the day MUHAMMED (pbuh) was born’

The spread of islam in all regions of the worls is very fast n the time is near when once again there will be domination of islam in the world.
 
An article in Reader’s Digest ‘Almanac’, year book 1986, gave the statistics of the increase of percentage of the major religions of the world in half a century from 1934 to 1984. This article also appeared in ‘The Plain Truth’ magazine. At the top was Islam, which increased by 235%, and Christianity had increased only by 47%.
people who claim that islam was spread by sword should be asked which war took place in this century which converted millions of people to Islam?
the answer is simple that people have begun to realise the eternal truth.N inshah allah more will realise it soon.

As we all know that the western media has been tryin tooth n nail to defame the best religion of the world.... islam. this was mainly bcoz of the fact that the fastest rate of conversions took place there only . so they started naming the muslims as fundamentalists ,terrorists n many more....but masha allah still the fastest rate of conversions takes place there only.but it can still be incresed by creating awareness among the people n removin their misconceptions. so plz post your comments on this site regarding islam. even non muslims shud post their ques so that their misconceptions about islam are removed.
